Patriarch Builders, LLC

For Buyers

Each and every one of our models in Dove Hill Estates is open to your input and design ideas.  You start by picking the model that mirrors the base of what you are looking for in a home and then, together, we will “customize” it to ensure that you and your new home are a perfect match.  We can move, add or remove walls, add or subtract square footage; in fact we can do almost anything you would like so that your new home is exactly what you have always dreamed a home could be.

If one of the bedrooms is too small, we can grow it.  If the kitchen is not laid out exactly as you would like it, let's change it.  We will redesign your new home any way you choose so that it fits the way you live.  In most of our models we can add entire bedrooms to the main floor or perhaps you would rather eliminate a bedroom and create a master retreat that will  be worth coming home to.

Why would you settle for a standard floorplan that isn't really what you wanted when you could have one that is designed specifically for you.  The possibilities are limitless when you are allowed to build your dreams!
